Soccer is probably the coolest sport. I wish more Americans would like professional and international soccer. I enjoy watching the U.S. Men's National Team play other countries. They recently beat Mexico in the Gold Cup. My Dad and I watched the game and we noticed that the huge crowed was mainly routing for Mexico (we could tell by the cheers). This was the championship game in Chicago! I feel bad for the U.S. players because they're really good but they don't have a whole lot of fan support even when their playing at home.
Anyways, I really like watching U.S. soccer. It's really fun and even though you might think it's boring, since usually only about three goals are scored in 90 minutes, it's not. But give it a chance, it's g-r-r-r-e-a-t! Here's your chance: the U.S plays Paraguay on July 2nd @ 6:30pm ET. It's on TeleFutura and GolTV. If you don't get these channels then you're probably starting to see how little support the MNT gets. Come on, we're ranked 16th in the world!
Here's a preview of what it will be like if you watch the game:--Oh! come on, come on, come on! OHHHHHHH! That was so close!--Yes! Can you believe it? There's actually fun suspense that comes with watching them play! Give it a chance!
